A new ‘do for a hair product retailer

The brief called for a brand refresh and an update to the e-commerce experience for Hair Supplies, a hair product retailer aimed at salons and consumers. The goal was to increase basket size and conversion rate with a focus on easy navigation, product and category highlight. I refreshed the Hair Supplies logo and created a new style guide and design system that reflected a more contemporary and youthful feel with a clean, tech-friendly aesthetic.

I undertook a thorough review of the current mobile website UX and identified areas for improvement; consulted strategic research and considered the key audiences before I embarked on a new mobile design for the consumer website.
